What You Can Expect
We will meet with you at your home to see the area where you envision your deck to be built. At that time, we will take measurements and show you samples of decking products as well as additional photos of our work. We will produce a sketch design and provide an estimate of the cost within a few days. We encourage you to check with other companies to compare pricing, design and materials. Upon choosing Heritage Hill Construction LLC to build your deck, we help you through the process of obtaining the proper permits. Once construction begins, we will prepare the site (including removal of an existing deck, if necessary), construct the deck, and coordinate any subcontractors who may be needed (for electrical, specialty items, etc.). Throughout the construction period, we will make every attempt to treat your home and property as we would like ours to be treated. Our goal is to give you a deck that is ready for entertaining or relaxing the moment we leave.
History
Heritage Hill Construction LLC was started when two brothers, Sam and Jesse Beiler began building decks in the spring of 1993. The company, located in New Holland, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, is currently owned by Sam and Vivian Beiler. Sam handles sales, design and construction and Vivian handles the financial side of the company. You will meet with Sam to share your vision. Your deck will be constructed by Sam and our sole employee, Ashley. You can feel confident that your completed deck will be of the highest standards because it will be built by the owner of the company! We strive to give you a quality product at a competitive price.
